I am a licensed social worker with over twenty-five years of experience in counseling diverse groups of people. I take an integrated approach to counseling including cognitive/behavioral, analytical, and goal/solution-oriented models. I have over 20 years of experience in counseling individuals for depression, anxiety, OCD,PTSD, parenting, and relationship issues. I worked in the public school system for over 14 years counseling regular and special education students. I provided crisis intervention, facilitated parenting, and anger management groups for families as well as the court system.
