I’m Sue Alvey, a licensed mental health clinician with over 30 years of experience supporting “seasoned” adults and their families through the natural transitions of aging. I partner with clients to help them regain their emotional equilibrium, strengthen their coping skills, and refocus their energy toward a meaningful life grounded in their values and personal strengths. My extensive background enables me to provide compassionate, expert support to mature adults and caregivers in my clinical practice. I’ve guided them through the decisions, health changes and relationship shifts that arise with aging in setting such as community agencies, retirement communities, adult day programs, and psychotherapy practices.
