I am a Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut. I specialize in providing trauma based treatment for individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space. It is my pleasure to listen, and work through your concerns together so that you may improve your quality of life. In our first session we will get to know each other. You may share the specific concerns that has brought you to therapy, and I will ask for further background information. We will talk about the use of teletherapy and the platform. By the end of our initial session my hope is that we have set some initial goals for our time together.
