You may be feeling overwhelmed from every moving part of your life. It is hard to go through life, especially when you may have not built the necessary tools to manage everything coming your way. It is okay to struggle - you don't have to go through it alone! Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you—whether it’s constant worry, feeling stuck in sadness, struggling with boundaries, or finding it hard to show up as your best self in relationships. My style is collaborative with some gentle, supportive challenge to help you reach your goals. We will work together to find what works best for you and help you grow! I largely work with adolescents, and adults, but welcome all ages! I come from a psychodynamic background but offer an eclectic approach to fit your needs. As a South Asian therapist, I greatly value how culture, lived experiences, and expectations shape who you are. I aim to create a space where every part of you feels understood and safe.
