I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with adults 18 years and older struggling with their mental health, specifically focusing on depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma history, poor coping skills, eating disorders, and addiction. I have a background working in correctional, residential, and outpatient facilities. I completed my Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William James College with a concentration in Forensic and Correctional Counseling.
