Trust and confidentiality are key in creating an open environment for my clients. My approach to each client is to provide room for healing, hope, or personal growth. I believe each person's counseling experience is to be tailored toward their own personal goals and needs. My vision of the therapeutic process between a client and therapist is a nonjudgmental, safe space for all emotions and experiences to be felt and heard. My commitment is to provide that environment in which each unique client can acquire the necessary tools/skills needed to reach his/her therapeutic goal.
