I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I help people identify and manage their emotions. Intense emotions can be completely consuming. I help people choose the changes they need and create it. Whether you need just a few sessions to create a shift or clarity, or require longer term support, I am here to facilitate the process. Most people report an initial relief and feeling of well-being after beginning therapy, and those who feel the need to continue for a period of time see changes unfold throughout our work together and beyond. I help people move from where they are now to a more useful state of being. Bullying, peer pressure, self esteem, life changes and transitions, family and relationships, work or academic stressors are a few topics I have experience in.
