I specialize in working with caregivers of loved ones with special needs/chronic illness, maternal mental health, and borderline personality disorder. I also enjoy practicing family therapy. I offer years of experience supporting individuals coping with the stress that accompanies being a caregiver. I love supporting the interpersonal relationships within a family and helping everyone in a family unit understand each other and "speak the same language".
