Now Accepting New Clients Feb 2026- The decision to find a therapist usually comes at times of stress & change. I am a supportive, non-judgmental therapist that realizes how hard it is to ask for help. Together we will identify issues you want to work on, recognizing and building on your strengths and uniqueness. We will find solutions that work for you. I have worked with clients with a variety of issues including persistent worry and anxiety, debilitating trauma, and grief & loss. I also have extensive training and experience working with teenagers and adults within the LGBTQIA+ community (including their loved ones).
