I practice a style of therapy that is both strengths based and solution focused. It is my belief that people have within themselves and the environment the ability and resources to heal and lead meaningful lives. Traumatic life events have the potential to keep individuals feeling stuck. It can prevent us from realizing our full potential and maintaining a healthy self -esteem. During the course of treatment EMDR therapy may be utilized to resolve those issues and facilitate solutions that work best for you based on your own life experience, beliefs and personal strengths.
