I love working with children and teens to help them navigate a world that they often do not have control over. In focusing on things in our control, we work to build coping and communication skills that help with relationships at home and school. After 28 years in education, I understand how children and adolescents think, feel and process life events. With this understanding, I can help them navigate negative thoughts, beliefs and behaviors and equip them with skills to build their best self. Also, through working with families, we can work on relationship building and parenting skills for success.
