Whether it’s anxiety, shutting down, or just feeling like everything is too much, these responses can have deeper roots—often going back to early experiences that shaped how we handle stress. I work with teens, adults, and fellow therapists to explore those underlying patterns and begin to heal what hasn’t yet had the chance to be processed. I specialize in complex and attachment trauma and utilize evidence-based methods that honor your brain’s and body’s natural capacity to heal. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and work together to build more emotional resilience, awareness, and regulation along the way.
