I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience specializing in treatment of eating disorders, body image, and anxiety. For the last 10 years I have worked in various roles, from Therapist to Clinical Director, at several eating disorder facilities and in university settings. I work with clients who are teenagers to adults, who are struggling with a variety of mental health and life issues. I have a strong background in DBT and CBT and employ an integrative and client-centered treatment approach, drawing on various treatment modalities to individualize treatment for each client.
