With 20 years of experience treating OCD, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), and related conditions, I provide evidence-based treatment tailored to your unique needs. I'm passionate about helping individuals regain control over their lives through a compassionate, goal-oriented approach. I offer in-person and virtual sessions Monday-Thursday, providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can work through their challenges. In addition to direct client care, I also provide group and 1:1 consultation services to other therapists treating OCD, ensuring that they have the tools and guidance needed to support their clients effectively.
