I work with clients to develop tools for mastering challenges in a context of self-acceptance, and appreciation of one's own resilience and resourcefulness. My therapeutic style is eclectic, blending solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, positive psychology, and family systems approaches.
