I am a clinical social worker/psychotherapist with extensive experience working with people from many different backgrounds, ages, and with a range of concerns. I have experience in working with people who are facing transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship problems and, those struggling with barriers to realizing their creative and professional goals. I offer in-person session in Boulder and Thornton, and virtually across Colorado. I accept Kaiser insurance and am currently seeing Kaiser clients through Westside Behavioral Care. I do not use a “one size fits all approach” but prefer to take time to get to know my clients, and to understand what they want to get out of therapy. I have found that some clients are very clear about what they want to work on (reducing anxiety, depression, help with relationships.) Others find that as therapy progresses, other areas of focus emerge.
