Her approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. She’ll help you discover your inner strengths then choose the appropriate therapy to best achieve the goals you set together. She has experience helping people who struggle with grief, anger management, crisis pregnancy, chronic pain and illness, childhood sexual abuse, separation and divorce, and Reactive Attachment Disorder. She has worked with at-risk teens as well as rape, abuse, and trauma survivors. She also pursued additional training in pre and post adoption support, play therapy, ADHD, and marriage counseling.
