My goal is to empower you to navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, communication patterns, grief, and life transitions. With over eight years in schools as a counseling professional, I understand the myriad challenges for youth and their families, and I deeply respect and appreciate diverse ethnicities, spiritualities, orientations, and identities.
