Help families to explore cycles of grief, manage symptoms, learn direct strategies and processes to regain function and peace. I work with all faiths, family configurations, and cultures fostering skills to move with clarity and resilience through the developmental stages, challenges that life provides. I draw upon training and experience with the developmental model for couples therapy, object relations, narrative work, mindfulness, internal family systems centered around a client's presentation and need.
