Life has many twists and turns, some joyful and others that are difficult. After 35 years as a psychotherapist, I have found that clients feel best in their lives when they can find ways to change or cope with the things that feel difficult and really appreciate what is going well. Whether it’s dealing with loss and grief, relationship challenges, mood difficulties, or finding daily habits and patterns that serve you, we will work together to achieve those goals. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, and I work with clients who want a therapist they can relate to, someone attuned to the complexities of life.
