I have over 25 year of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. The majority of my work has been with individuals recovering from trauma and/or learning to live with mental health challenges. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the work in therapy. My hope is to offer a non-judgmental space to explore your history and to learn new coping skills so that we can work through challenges together to overcome barriers. I strive to offer a strength-based approach that is best suited to my client.
