My educational background as an MSW supports my understanding of the impact of past and current systems (i.e. family, work place, community) on daily life. Extensive training and experience in mediation has contributed to my non-judgmental approach, the ability to recognize potentially harmful communication patterns, and the understanding that people can see things differently without being "wrong". I utilize a variety of approaches including attachment theory, creative expression/play, mindfulness and CBT as needed by individual clients. I welcome clients of all ages, couples, and families. I accept Medicare, NE Medicaid, and a variety of insurance payment sources.
