I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with offices in South Portland, Maine. I received a Masters Degree from Lesley University in Cambridge and have completed additional training in several fields including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy; Suicide Prevention; Culturally Competent Care for Adolescents; Assessment and Treatment of Attachment, Trauma, and Addiction; The Impact of Childhood Trauma on Brain Development; and Clinical Management of Sleep Disorders. I have post-graduate training in filial therapy and play therapy. I welcome adults and adolescents.
