I have a passion for helping people of all ages improve their relationships, develop healthy coping skills and heal from relational injuries or trauma. In a safe and accepting environment we explore and understand the things that are not working well for you. There is always a reason for people's choices and behaviors, even those that cause significant problems. Once you understand the reason behind the behavior you can begin to make changes and adopt new healthier ways of living. I walk alongside and encourage you in this often difficult, but rewarding process.
