I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of evaluation and psychotherapy expertise. It is my pleasure to work collaboratively with adults of all ages to help them live their best lives! I am especially skilled at helping others achieve fulfillment in love and work and resolving negative interpersonal habits so that friendships, family and romantic relationships are more pleasurable and stable. I am especially interested in improving self esteem issues and helping women overcome "people pleasing" habits so that their own feelings and needs come first. Areas of expertise include ADHD and navigating life transitions.
