Neuroscience is showing us what we have known instinctually forever; that it is through nurturing relationships that healing and human growth occurs. If we have been wounded in relationship or have unresolved trauma from the past, our fear and reactivity can prevent us from seeking and maintaining nurturing and safe connections with self and others. I am a licensed therapist in CA and WI and work online with residents of those two states only. My practice is fee for service only.
