Throughout my career, I've worked in a wide variety of settings - community-based organizations, residential programs, public schools, hospitals and in clients' homes - and have had the privilege to build collaborative and trusting relationships with teens and adults across those settings. My approach is warm and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space between us where you feel seen, heard and respected. Your values, experiences, and hopes matter deeply to me, and will serve as important guides in our work together. I integrate several therapeutic approaches - Narrative, Self-Compassion, CBT, ACT, and general coping skills - to best match your needs and preferences. My work is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive - but above all, relational.
