Are you seeking support in your relationships? Maybe your child is struggling and the family dynamics are suffering. Everyone has a common theme of wanting to be seen and heard as the unique and amazing individuals they are. If you struggle in their family relationships, often feeling like you have no voice or are not allowed to feel important or be yourself, I can support you in growing and improving your life. My passion is helping children, teens, and families learn healthy and effective ways to communicate feelings. My approach uses a person-centered therapy lens and includes play therapy interventions and currently working toward my Registered Play Therapist certificate.
