I adopted a family system's approach, as I believe that none of us live in a vacuum. We are all currently involved or have been involved in a family unit at some point. Many or our traditions, ways of thinking and acting comes from factors that influenced our original family and continue to affect us. It is important to look at where's we've been, where we want to go and then develop a road map to get there.
