I grew up in Kailua & have 40 years of experience working directly with people having difficulty recovering from past or present trauma (PTSD), and mild to severe depression & anxiety. Together we will develop a plan that involves various modalities of psychotherapy and build goals with a treatment plan designed and centered around activities, pets, people, hobbies and other things you enjoy. I am always honored to be a part of an individual or a couple's journey towards a happier and more fulfilled life. For me, nothing is more rewarding! EMDR Therapy has been a great tool to add as it works so well & so quickly. Quite amazing! I will provide support/encouragement & education. We can work together to discover "from where" the problem stems & develop a unique/personalized plan to help you recognize symptoms & triggers to these symptoms, so that you can gain insight, get healthier & maintain happiness in your life and in your relationships.
