I am a counselor and wellness coach in the physical and mental wellness space. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic theories and use a person-centered approach, tailoring interventions to align with each client’s unique needs. I believe the relationship between counselor and client is the cornerstone to therapeutic work. My priority is to create a space that encourages authenticity and facilitates healing and positive change. I specialize in Person Centered Emotionally Focused Therapy incorporating EMDR.
