I am available to see couples in D.C. and Maryland. When partners can’t talk about problems, it’s usually because of one of these two reasons: They are afraid of conflict and thus avoid it. Or, one or both partners become hostile and defensive so that conflict becomes overwhelming or unmanageable. Whichever your pattern, I can help you gain the capacity to talk effectively with your partner. Whether your goal is to change and grow in your current relationship; or make an important decision with your partner; or to end the relationship more amicably, I can help you get un-stuck so that you can move in a positive direction.
