As a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples, I take an active approach to the psychotherapeutic process. My style is to create rapid problem identification and resolution. Depending upon the needs of the client, this solution-focused approach may involve cognitive, behavioral, or insight-oriented interventions. Some clients will obtain symptom relief and significant life change in a few sessions, whereas others may require or desire longer-term treatment to achieve or maintain gains. Addressing relationship issues is often a primary focus of my practice.
