My background in medical social work and integrated healthcare informs my belief that physical and mental health are intertwined. I approach therapy holistically, treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—with care and respect. Everyone deserves a space to be authentic and free of judgment. I help clients process past traumas and tackle daily struggles, fostering an environment of being heard, validated, and empowered.
