As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Art Therapist, I offer a genuine and non judgmental approach to helping individuals who are seeking to improve their relational and emotional well being. My experience includes working with adults, couples, adolescents, and school aged children. Art therapy isn't about creating beautiful art. It is about healing clients, of any age, who may want to explore and express themselves and communicate in a more indirect and non verbal way. Art therapy materials include pencils, oil pastels, paint, and collage. Art therapy is entirely optional if just talk therapy is preferred.
