I welcome clients age 18 and over. I believe it's important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with, and I wish you luck on your healing journey. If we decide to work together, I look forward to sharing the healing space with you on this path towards growth and peace. I am honored to have been in the field over 28 years. I have a specialty in trauma, provide EMDR, am IFS-informed, and work often with stress, anxiety, and depression. I am also a yoga teacher, which I infuse into my work and my life.
