Hi, I'm Susan Maehre, a Licensed Professional Counselor. If you are feeling overwhelmed, are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationships, or are grieving over a loss or multiple losses, I would be happy to work with you in a safe and comfortable environment. I have been counseling for 23 years, and enjoy working with clients regarding their challenges and concerns. I have had experience working with grief recovery, anxiety, depression, marital concerns, and other issues. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you should be proud of yourself for reaching out. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. Establish rapport in a confidential environment, find empathy and understanding, and a willingness to listen and respond; also, if needed, talk together about managing emotions and/or difficult situations, and find hope for the present and the future.
