Welcome! I have weekend appointments only at this time. I am a compassionate and spiritual person. I believe the counseling experience should be a place where people can feel safe in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. I have had many years of experience in both clinical and private practice. My greatest joy is helping people improve their lives and increase their happiness and success. I have a client centered approach and offer an unconditional positive relationship with all my clients. I treat women, men, teens and young adults using various clinical evidenced based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy and DBT strategies.
