Hello! I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15+ years in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, school based therapy and community based therapy. I have experience and knowledge working with people of all ages including children ages 5-18, as well as adults and families. I have experience working with individuals who have concerns with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, mood dysregulation, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and life transitions. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship and partnership with my clients and would be honored to be part of your journey of healing.
