Going to see a counselor when you are depressed, filled with worry, confused, or have a desire for change, should be as normal as going to see a doctor when you are sick. Counseling involves telling your story and collaborating how to navigate the current challenges that are having a negative impact on your life. Whoever you have become thus far, has many boxes of experiences. Those experiences have also given you many strengths that you can utilize on the path to growth. We will work together in a safe space to identify goals and potential solutions to problems.
