I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in practice for 25 years. I work with adolescents and adults doing individual as well as family and couple therapy. I use different modalities of treatment but mainly focus on cognitive behavioral therapy which teaches people how to identify the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors as a way of making changes in their lives. I believe people who are motivated to change are capable of doing so given the right tools.
