I have been in the field for over 40 years, and previously on the faculty, Yale School of Medicine having worked in a wide array of settings with individuals, couples, families and groups including teens - older adults and in prevention/health promotion. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons - relationship problems, loss, feeling stressed, weight management - the list is endless and personal. I work to develop a supportive, trusting relationship and help guide people to more clearly understand what is troubling them, to move toward living more satisfying and productive lives.
