I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I believe that my role as a therapist is to help you uncover the unmet needs behind your emotions and actions, and to provide tools to help you acknowledge, attend to, and speak for those needs. I have experience working with people of all ages who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. I have a passion for providing a space where people can truly be seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, home-based, and private practice. I also have Level 1 and 2 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
