Do you feel like you just "can't anymore" or torn between life's happenings, feeling overwhelmed? Have you had those moments of just wishing you can be better? Do better? I empower individuals to overcome these thoughts and realities brought upon depression, anxiety, trauma or just life. This is normal. I strongly believe in our own gift and strength to push through adversities. Resilence. We are humans and it's normal to hurt, and to struggle, but it is also within us to get back up. We can work together to carve out or refine those strengths already within you to propel you toward your goal. I use a person-centered approach and take from the many modalities to best fit your needs, including CBT, EMDR and EFT.
