I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including Harm OCD and other subtypes, using evidence-based approaches grounded in compassion and clinical expertise. I received specialized training at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, where I worked in the Anxiety and OCD Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. I work with clients of all ages to navigate ego-dystonic thoughts, manage uncertainty and reduce shame.
