Hi! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience. I specialize in individual therapy for people navigating anxiety and life transitions. My practice has a particular focus on supporting individuals through fertility challenges, perinatal experiences, and the complexities of the postpartum period. This focus is deeply informed by my own journey to parenthood, which has strengthened my empathy and ability to connect with clients in a meaningful, supportive way. In addition, I have received training in CBT and couples therapy to further assist clients during the postpartum stage.
