If life has you in the midst of difficult challenges and you feel overwhelmed, know that you are not alone. Reaching out for support is an act of strength and courage, and is the first step in getting up again. I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress. Since you are an individual, I will use individualized, evidence-based techniques that will best fit you and your situation. An integrative approach will help you focus on your values, use Mindfulness, experience personal growth, and live a full and authentic life. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, learn, grow and change.
