I am a seasoned therapist with more than 30 years experience. I am effective in helping people who seek active solutions to their issues and specialize in treating trauma and doing group and couples work. I believe building a caring and trusting relationship with my clients is essential to the healing process and that past experiences often inform the present. Using a mix of psycho-education and a variety of techniques (traditional talk therapy, role playing, IFS, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and mind-body awareness), I work to help my clients develop insight, new skills and self-reliance.
