Hi, I'm Susan. For many people, challenges can feel overwhelming or like they “don’t make sense.” Often it's embarrassing – or even baffling! – to realize that life and feelings have gotten messy or out of control. You’re not alone – many of us have been where you are! I very much look forward to getting to know you and helping you to sort things out. Here is what I think about how we come to find ourselves wherever and however we might be: I believe that we grow into adulthood from our earliest roots - sometimes those roots are solid, and sometimes they aren’t.
