Hello- I'm a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) based in Maryland, am a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Board Approved Supervisor. Specialties include: Perinatal, Adoptions, Life Transitions, and Work/life balance. Susie has advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health, Adoptions, Mindfulness Based- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Post Traumatic Growth. I help new moms adjust to parenting while managing various challenges and redefining self care. In our first session we'll go over confidentiality, discuss what challenges you are facing and together we'll develop a plan with practical ways to manage symptoms, increase support and build confidence.
